These lemon meringue cupcakes are one of my favorites! They are just the right combination of sweet and tangy. These are lemon cupcakes topped with lemon curd and a 7-minute frosting, all courtesy of
Martha Stewart. After frosting the cupcakes, I took a kitchen torch and toasted them lightly to give them that nice toasted taste. Martha Stewart's website and magezine is one of my favorite places to get recipes and ideas. The website is always changing and the directions are usually pretty straight forward and clear.
